• Verification documents: such as business registration or GST certificate, when you choose to verify.

• To run the directory, show search results and business pages.
• To send your enquiry to the business you contacted.
• To verify businesses and prevent fraud and fake reviews.
• To send lead notifications by email, SMS, WhatsApp or the dashboard.
• To improve the service and show business owners analytics such as profile views and clicks.
• To send service messages and, with your consent, offers.

4. Who we share it with

Business profile details are public. When you send an enquiry, we share your name, phone number and requirement with that business. We share data with service providers that help us run DialBharat (such as hosting, payments and messaging) and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

We use cookies and local storage to keep the site working, remember preferences and understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.
