1. Accepting these terms

By using DialBharat (the website, app and related services), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. About the service

DialBharat is an online directory where businesses list information and customers search, call and contact them. We do not provide the products or services listed by businesses, and we are not a party to any deal between a customer and a business.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for all activity under your account.

4. Business listings

• You must give accurate and up-to-date information about your business.
• You must have the right to list the business and to upload any photos, videos, blogs and text.
• We may verify, edit, hide or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading or breaks these terms.
• A Verified badge means we confirmed the details you provided at the time of verification. It is not a guarantee of quality.

5. Plans and payments

The Basic plan is free. Paid plans (Silver, Gold and Platinum) are charged as shown on the Pricing page, in Indian rupees, and include applicable taxes such as GST. Features and limits of each plan, such as the number of photos, blogs and leads, are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice. Refunds, if any, follow the policy shown at the time of purchase.

6. Reviews, questions and other user content

Reviews, ratings, questions and comments must be honest and based on your own experience. You must not post fake reviews, abusive or unlawful content, personal data of others or spam. You give DialBharat a free licence to display the content you post on the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape or resell directory data without written permission.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt or overload the service.
• Do not use the service to harass, cheat or mislead anyone.
• Do not use lead or contact details for anything other than the enquiry they relate to.

8. Intellectual property

The DialBharat name, logo, design and software belong to DialBharat. Businesses keep ownership of the content they upload.

9. Third-party links

Business pages may link to websites, social media pages and maps that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that listings are complete, accurate or available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, DialBharat is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from dealings between customers and businesses.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service or ask us to remove your listing at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
