6 Payment information

Payments for listing plans, service bookings and marketplace orders are processed through third-party, PCI-compliant payment gateways. DialBharat does not store your full card, UPI or bank account details on its own servers — these are handled directly by our payment partners under their own security and privacy standards.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls and regular security reviews — to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
