These terms govern your use of DialBharat's website, app and services. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1 Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and DialBharat ("DialBharat", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the DialBharat website, mobile app and related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing listings, booking a service, placing a marketplace order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 12; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
2 Definitions
"User" means anyone who accesses or uses the Platform, including customers, business owners and sellers.
"Business" or "Listing" means any business, service provider or seller profile published on the Platform.
"Service Provider" means a business offering on-demand services such as plumbing, electrical, AC repair, carpentry or property dealing through the Platform.
"Seller" means a business offering products for sale through the DialBharat marketplace.
"Content" means text, images, videos, reviews, ratings, questions and answers submitted by Users or Businesses.
3 Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. If you create an account on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@dialbharat.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4 Business listings & verification
Businesses may list their profile under one of our five categories — Real Estate; Health & Wellness; Education; Shopping, Food & Lifestyle; and Business & Professional Services — as well as under our on-demand services (Plumber, Electrician, AC Repair, Carpenter, Property Dealer) or the Organic Products marketplace.
We take reasonable steps to verify a listed business's ownership, address and contact details before granting a "Verified" badge, but DialBharat does not guarantee, warrant or endorse the quality, legality, safety or suitability of any listed business, product or service. You should exercise your own judgement, and where appropriate, conduct your own checks, before engaging any business found through the Platform.
Listing information (pricing, availability, hours) is provided by the business itself and may change without notice. Please confirm details directly with the business before booking.
5 Service bookings & marketplace orders
When you book a service (such as a Plumber, Electrician, AC Repair, Carpenter or Property Dealer) or place an order for a product (such as Organic Products) through the Platform, you are entering into a direct contract with that Service Provider or Seller. DialBharat acts only as a facilitator connecting you with the business and is not a party to that contract.
Cancellation policies, delivery timelines, warranties and service guarantees are set by the individual business and may vary by listing. Please review these details on the business's profile page before confirming a booking or order.
6 User content, reviews & Q&A
When you post a review, rating, question or answer on the Platform, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience or a good-faith question, and that it does not contain false, defamatory, abusive or misleading statements. You grant DialBharat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute this content on the Platform.
We moderate reviews to filter out fake, incentivised or abusive content, and reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
7 Payments, plans & refunds
Businesses may subscribe to Free, Premium or Featured listing plans at the pricing displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law or expressly stated otherwise.
Payments for marketplace orders and paid services are processed through third-party payment gateways. DialBharat does not store your full card or banking details. Refunds for orders and bookings are governed by the individual business's refund policy, published on its listing page.
8 Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading or fraudulent business listings, reviews or content.
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform's normal operation.
Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malicious code.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, at our sole discretion.
9 Third-party businesses & links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, businesses or services that are not owned or controlled by DialBharat, including payment gateways, maps and messaging services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party, and your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and them.
10 Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. DialBharat does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DialBharat and its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, or from any transaction, booking or interaction with a business listed on it.
11 Intellectual property
The DialBharat name, logo, design, and all associated trademarks, along with the Platform's software, layout and original content, are the property of DialBharat and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
12 Termination, governing law & changes
Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
Changes to these Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do; material changes will be highlighted on the Platform.
